MABOTWANE SECURITY SERVICE SUCKS

We are a group of young and old students who went to study security on the 8 February 2021 and finished the course on the 26 February 2021. We were only told the procure of getting certificates, mail number and Psira only on the last day. Were not pleased as it is taking long. As we speak some of us haven't received certificates, others their details are captured incorrectly, some are told they did not finish writting modules and we haven't received mail numbers. We checked on Psira website as to whether we are registered only to find that not all grades passed are not and some are not registered at all.

I am really unhappy and disappointed on the service we get from their adm officers, process and procedures, they are too slow. I believe that they have to be transparent with everything so we can make informed decisions as to we are continuing to study with them or not.

Mabotwane is a very big respected company therefore we expect a lot from them. They need to change their system IT SUCKS.
