Mabotwane Security Fails to provide U19 Form to enable UIF claim for the deceased family member

My sister (Irene Mathenjwa) passed on 2nd of March 2021 and she was buried in a weeks time. After the funeral, we went to Mabotwane Security Service office at Nelspruit ***) to claim the UIF (Unemployment Insurance Fund) as the pay slip (salary advice) indicate that 1% was deduct from her salary.

Since then, we have been In-and-Out in their office but at no vain. There is no assistance offered by the company. This makes one to wonder whether the 2% contribution was it paid to the Department of Employment and Labour as per policy requirement.

It has been realised that there are 19 people in the waiting list but the matter has not been given attention by Head Office as well (tel: ***).

It is time to bring the Ombudsman in this matter in order to obtain fair adjudication.
