Clamp damaged my tyre

Mabotwana security clamped my car for 3 days in December 2014, at Metro Centre in Braamfontein. BMW towered the car to access the damages after it was unclamped and they sent the quote to Mabotwana Security and they also spoke to a person maned Van Rooyen who admitted that they will pay for the damage coursed and even negotiated for a discount, all this happened in December, when i did a follow up van rooyen then referred the BMW consultant to his boss who have been having many stories. to date mabotwana haven't paid the damages course to my car
