Please refund us

Mabika Travel is taking me from pillar to post with paying us our refund, reason for the refund is that my late friend and I paid to go on a MSC Cruise with Mabika Travel associated with JoziFM. We paid throughout the year, the trip was for December 2023, but sadly my friend passed on in October 2023, hence we never went on the trip and the refund, which we have been following up on since my friend passed. We have sent them all the documentation they needed, we have spoken to Xolani from Mabika and Tshepo from JoziFM and still nobody is coming to my aid, I’m starting to feel like I have been ****med. Please note we are not the only ones who have these issues, there are other people on the trip that didn’t go and still didn’t get their money. Please we want our money back.
