Horrible post experience at 22 Siyanda Mabalingwe

They withheld R3000 deposit for no reason We loved our stay here, we however have not enjoyed the fact that they will not give us back our deposit. After really looking after this place, we were accused of breaking, burning and destroying different things in the house that were already broken when we got there. They then said we must pay R6000 total in damages. After proving thay it was broken before they still withheld our deposit as they said we broke the fire pit lid (we used it as instructed and it warped) so we said get us a quote and we will talk about it. Instead they keep delaying it saying rhe owners are away (why have a property manager if they can't sort problems out whilst you're away) and now we are getting attitude and poor replies back. They still have our R3000. They have withheld our R3000 deposit. They have poor replies when answering. Unprofessional staff. They accused us of damaging the property when it wasn't us.

When we arrived it was also flooded with water, and now after expressing our irritation, their property manager has told us that the cleaning staff had a year end function before us and the items that are broken were probably broken by them before us and just wasn't mention. They were using us as a scapegoat for breakages.
