Atrocious service

Horrible service, we booked the predator tour (guided) - arrived at 6:50am (booking stated 7am) and the guide already left. We phoned reception and were told to get to the predator park by ourselves (we phoned Hannes the emergency contact and we were to to wait at the pick up area) then received a text that they have no alternative. (So we waited/wasted about 45 min)

Would not recommend - extreme price for atrocious service
