VERY DISSAPOINTED

We booked a week at Mabalingwe from 12-19 June 2015 and had such a good time. The accommodation was stunning and we really loved the place. Afterwards I decided to book 5 units to treat my wife to a surprise party for her 40th birthday and our 20 year marriage anniversary. My sister organized everything with Mariette who said that the camp that we stayed in were fully booked but she had something similar available. She send some photos but what we received were totally different. I really paid ALLOT of money for the weekend and what we received were SHOKING. It is NOT 4 star accommodation - not even 2 star accommodation - from the linen to the coaches - everything were TERRIBLE! We have contacted them with all our complaints but they have not responded. Before booking make sure to not book at Thlou Camp - they should really upgrade drastically or use this as staff accommodation. I was so embarrassed I really need some kind of explanation from Management concerning this whole ordeal and how they plan to fix this!
