Stuck at Mabalingwe

We were on holiday there, got stuck in mud due to bad outdated road maps. Got towed out of mud, left in the middle of nowhere. Not checking if we are ok. 2 small children in car, vehicle not checked. Send mail complaining, to date no reply from resort. Only received a delete notification. Car got badly damaged in the towing eposode, got charged 400 cash for this. Vehicle stuck at vw since 8 may. Damages so far way over 5000. No reply from resort. And to date due to this, no use of my vehicle
