STAY AWAY FROM MABALINGWE

We booked a weekend at Mabalingwe on the 13th and 14th of March 2015. As my wife made the booking a person named JP informed us there is a bunk-bed in the chalet as we are a family of 4 (2 x 2yr old boys) My wife even asked if we could bring along the camping cot's ... JP ensured us the bunk-bed is more than sufficient. Well there was NO bun-bed, we slept like sardines on the double bed. The water was not brown (which is understandable for the bushveld) it was BLACK. The fridge did not work as we arrived and stocked some cheeses etc. in the fridge and then went to the pool area, as we arrived back the cheese was melted and a mess. The toilet smelled like urine and in general the chalet was dirty. We arrived at reception 7am the next morning ... did not actually sleep ... and complained and also informed them we are checking out as the unit is not to a standard to live in. Phoned Gerry on the way back and complained, he ensured me he will get back to me ... send a mail the Monday (to Gerry) still no telephonic reply. Waited a week and phoned him again and he said again im priority NO1 ... another week later no response. Look back at the other complaints on here as well ...stay away
