Promise after promise by Mabalingwe admin staff

We booked accommodation at Mabalingwe to do a 3 days Mountain Bike stage race in April. Suddenly the venue for the MTB stage race was changed. We were told that Mabalingwe cancelled it, they do not want the mountain bikers there anymore. Staff members (Sean / Gerry) CONFIRMED that our FULL deposit would be refunded. We had to make a new booking now at the new venue. After struggling more than 2 week with both we only received part of the deposit back. They charged us a hefty admin fee of more than R200. The service we got from both were shockingly bad, one promise after the next for more than 2 weeks. We insisted in speaking to their Management (Boschpoort Management) but they ignored our request and kept on making promises. Stay away from this place.
