Pathetic service

<p>Maggie which is the manager at the Ingwe camp at Mabalingwe nature reserve is really not interested in customer service and all she could do when I told her about the numerous issues we had with the Incorrect keys for our place was say sorry! I am really disappointed in the service of this place as we really enjoyed the resort and the natural surroundings. I did not expect this at all! Especially since this is supposed to be 4 star , I will not return and will tell my friends about the "don't give a damn attitude" and bad customer service!</p>
