The people renting out Mabalingwe Elephant lodge unit 253 Eagle and 255A Naguil deliver poor service. By the people, I mean the owner who goes by the name Jennie and the agency Nobuhle & Fan. We visited the lodge on the 1st of December 2023 up until the 3rd of December 2023. We left everything as we found it, nothing was broken or damaged. We were promised our refund for the breakage fee two weeks after we left the lodge. It's been nearly two months and they still waiting for feedback from the cleaners, attending funerals, and away on holiday. We still waiting for our refund, and they do not seem interested in giving us a refund. At this point we have been ****med!
