Key Deposit Refund never refunded over 4 Months

Worst experience ever!!I have booked for accomodation for a weekend stay at sekel bos gat house in march, the weekend stay went well until today 24th of July i still have not received my key deposit refund!!is this how the property ****s people?i have communicated numerous times with the call centre regarding my key deposit refund nothing has been said..i will never recommend anyone to book in this property since they are ******** people over their key deposit refund,its been over 4months now no refund has been received,how do i get my money back?
