Great Client Care

Hi there.<br> <br> So i made a booking to visit this nature reserve over a year ago and JP, who was a new agent at the time, assisted me in a friendly and efficient manner. However, when i arrived there, a year later, i was advised that my booking was for a smaller chalet than i had expected. Needless to say, after a 3 and a half hour drive, I was not about to accept this. The receptionist, who flat out refused to assist me in any manner unless JP confirms what exactly i booked for, called him so he can come and resolve the issue. He had knocked off for the day, but he came. After he went through our ancient correspondence regarding this booking, it came to light that we actually never discussed the size of chalet i was booking. Thus this was an assumption error we both made.<br> <br> JP, being the reasonable,logical, client oriented consultant he is, went far and beyond the call of duty to try and accommodate my needs at the price i paid. <br> <br> <br> This young man is an asset who is going places and I actually wish that he could manage that place as it was very clear that he was the only one concerned with ensuring that I am a happy client who will most likely return.<br> <br> Thank you once again.
