Dissapointed

My family and I recently visited @Mabalingwe Nature Reserve and what a dissappointment the place was..1st we were given the wrong accomodation we were given nothing near to what we paid for..2nd the lady by the name of Zenalia who was suppose to assist us was extremely rude to us she is not one to work with people because she very very very rude..3rd the place that we were given was super DIRTY it was sooooo dusty spider webs and dirty cleaning stuff..The tea towels in the kitchen were so disgustung we couldnt bring ourselves to use them..4th they knew we were coming and didnt even bother to make the place clean for us..Lastly the swimming pool was filthy with bugs and dead insects we had to constantly call them to come and clean the pool and when they did it was done in such a rush that we were not sure whether it was safe to swim in it or not..My mom and aunt went to Itaga Lodge for a massage and were blown away by the service and cleanliness of the place and the staff was super friendly and helpful which is something i cannot say for the staff at the Kaya Chane where we were staying...Im sorry but i will not be recommending this place to anyone..and we definately will not be returning..

PS..our key deposit was not even returned...
