Cancellation of the Booking without notification and refusing to refund

<p> <br />We made a booking for accommodation to stay at your Pitsi Bush Camp for the 28 of October 2016. <br /> <br />My booking was cancelled on 09/09/2016 without anyone advising me that my booking was cancelled. Therefore I was unaware of the cancellation. The full amount of the booking was paid on 23/09/2016. When Helgarg allocated the booking amount on 27/09/2016 he realized that our booking was cancelled by Cynthia and he sent me an email regarding the cancellation and offered us to come to your accommodation on 25/11/2016 as the other dates were fully reserved. I advised that we can't come to Bela Bela on the 25th of November as I'm expecting a baby and I will be very close to my due date at the end of November. Therefore we can't reschedule our trip for November. I was told that I can't get my refund back as the company does not offer refunds but Helgard advised that he will communicate with your head office to sort this out. <br /> <br />On 28/09/2016 I supp**** the bank details where I wanted the money to be refunded and I didn't get a response. On 30/09/2016 I requested feedback and I didn't get a response. I had to make several calls regarding my refund and I didn't get assisted. On 11/10/2016 I called again to get feedback and Helgarg advised that I need to send though my bank statement and I asked him why didn't he tell me that I need to send through my statement the day I requested a refund? Why do I have wait two weeks after my initial request to be told that I need to submit a statement? Anyway the statement was sent through on 11/10/2016. On 12/10/2016 I called your offices to check if Helgard had received my statement and he still advised that I can't get my refund. I spoke to Santi and she referred me to you Cats the General Manager as she said she can't assist me with this query. Since then I still haven't received my money and I haven't been assisted.</p> <p> </p> <p>Beware of this company they are ********** that will do anything to keep the money even id it due to the client.</p>
