Totally disgusted

I won a weekend including flights and accommodation to the Durban July with this company in 2017 (https://www.facebook.com/mabalanoise/?__tn__=%2Cd%2CP-R&eid=ARB2XbOUgTBP1L90a247CYcpyYcrrdFY3M7sjaFeTvN30vyFTqFSA1gnof0mxsUMvizS8Y58ixz5IOln) and never ever received my getaway, they totally ignored all calls and despite The Daily Sun trying their best to give the winners what they won from the sponsors, this never happened, apparently lawyers have been working on compensation but until now I have still not received anything, absolutely disgusting that a huge company would do this to more than 1 person. The total weekend was worth thousands!!!!!
