Unsatisfactory Rental Experience with Mabakane Property Investment

Very very Bad!!! I had a disappointing experience renting from Mabakane Property Investment. We stayed in one of their flats, and, unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. The main issue arose when we expected to receive our deposit back, as per the status they provided, but the reality was quite different.

The company's handling of our deposit refund was nothing short of frustrating. It's clear that they didn't uphold their end of the bargain as outlined in the status. This left us feeling taken advantage of and deeply dissatisfied with their services. They owe us our deposit money , and their failure to return this amount as promised only adds to our dissatisfaction.

I would caution anyone considering renting from Mabakane Property Investment to be wary and ensure that all terms and agreements are meticulously documented and enforced. Our experience has left us with a sour taste, and we hope others can avoid similar frustrations in their dealings with this company.
