nwe window fitment leaking

i bought a new windscreen from mab autobody by franco in verreniging 04-01-2016 the guys came to fit it but used no sealant despite me offering silicone then on the 13th after some rainy days found car was wet from the installation of the leaking windscreen franco then sent same guys back to seal windscreen they didnt remove windscreen to re seal they shoved in some putty type buxytolene sealant not sure of name it wasnt silicone based well long story short its been raining 2days in a row again and the so called window sealant like putty has not done its job as car is still soaked and getting wet inside when it rains needles to say i drive a vw and floor rust is highly inevidable wen windscreens are not water tight sealed am very dissapointed
