False adverti*****t and bad service

On the 24th Oct we booked this lodge when we got there we realised nothing looked like their website, it was false adverti*****t. The lodge is on the main road which is kilometers away from informal settlement. The gate is wide open as there are no security guards. You will need to park your car under your so called room and the doors are broken . Nees to put towel. The bedding and curtains used to be white but have stains and are literally dirty. Before you can get to your room you jump bottles of empty beers which the owner is recycling. Windows could not close and bathroom was a mess. Please with GBV happening we need to stop this. We had to look for another place because our lives were in danger. Do something before it's too late. In the mean time it needs to be closed
