No delivery

Ordered abd paid for a double garage automated door in July 2015. He finally delivered the door on Monday 19 Oct. As at 23 October 2015 the door is not installed. He agreed that he will install on Friday 23 Oct but as expected, did not show up. And he never phones customers to explain upfront if there are delays or changes. This company knows nothing about the word \customer service". If you want to be stressed"
