UNAUTHORIZED DEBIT OFF MY ACCOUNT

I noticed a debit order on my bank account and found a contact number *** for the company that executed the debit.<br> Called them and was informed that they are a collection agency and did the collection on behalf of MA Marketing. I was given the contact number for MA Marketing, ***, and called them to ask what the debit order was about.<br> I wasn't given any helpful info, except that the debit order will be stopped and I would be refunded withing 5 days.<br> <br> Happened to me as well Two months in a row after speaking PAYTOZA and MA Marketing the first time they said they will pay back the money ( WHICH THEY DID), and put a STOP on the Debit order on my account. But my account was debit again by them. I called again PAYTOZA and MA Marketing has informed me that a STOP has been put on request a debit order. PAYTOZA and Ma Marketing will call me back to find out what happened. <br> <br> TOTAL AMOUNT IS R89.00 X2 PLUS R16.50 NAEDO BANK CHARGES - THIS IS ***** IS THERE ANY ONE OUT THERE THAT CAN ASSIST.<br> <br> NOTE I AM NOT A BONA FIDE CUSTOMER OF MA MARKETING THEREFORE THEY HAVE NO RIGHT EXECUTING A DEBIT ORDER ON MY ACCOUNT.
