Not happy

I spoke to Nhlanhla from this company whom told me that they can help me be removed under debt review and I accepted and I first chose the debit date to be on the 28th of July and later found out that we are gonna be retrenched and asked that he cancel or changed the debit date to be endo August which according to him he did but end of July I was debited asked for a refund and I was refunded with R1900 instead R1977.20.
