Worst Worst Worst Service!

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. We have contacted them in October last year to find out if they can make us a new mat for our trampoline, and we are now in March 2018 and we have paid them already, got a wrong size mat, had to send everything to JHB to custom make it and still we have not trampoline. Every time you phone they have another story, your emails get ignored and they make empty promises. We were promised to have a our trampoline in a couple of weeks, and now it's been 6 months and still we have no trampoline and three children.... Summer is almost finished and M5 Sports Group keep telling us lies. If we will ever see our trampoline, with the ring we had to send to them, and the money we already paid to them, is another story. I seriously can't understand how this group are still in business.... If we didn't stay in such a small little town very far, and got told that M5 Group is the only people that can fix trampoline mat's or redesign them, I would've made another plan. It would've been better to actually spend a little bit more money and just go and buy a new one. They don't deserve a one star rating... .but I have to choose a star to complain.... Worst service ever!!!!!!!
