Worst service ever received from Trojan...

Stay away from Trojan home gyms. They haven't got spares for their expensive treadmills and home gym equipments. Their customer relations department is useless... They're director, Corné, doesn't take calls from customers... We have a Trojan focus home gym, that needs repairs, as well as a Trojan Platinum Series Treadmill, that cost us combined over R14 000. We have to throw these equiptment in the dustbin now, because Trojan haven't got spares for it. They suggested that we look on olx for spares.
