Worst service ever

<p>I bought an expensive Trojan Velocity treadmill a few years ago, as soon as the 1 year warranty expired the internal computer died and i was charged well over R1000.00 to replace it as well as transport.</p> <p> </p> <p>1 year later the same thing. They have now had the machine for over 5 years. Everytime i call or visit these is a new excuse, each time they have "borrowed" parts from my machine for another client's treadmill.</p> <p> </p> <p>They tried eventually to deliver my machine today which looked like it had been put together with bits from 10 other machines, parts and logos missing and ill fitting, even the delivery guys were astounded.</p> <p> </p> <p>Not one phone call from management in 5 years.</p> <p> </p> <p>This machine was only used 20 times maybe.</p>
