Waste of time dealing with Trojan.

Mid May, I contacted Trojan's office to order a home gym. Agent took my details and gave me a reference number and advised me i am on the list for home gyms. Agent advised me the gym would be available end of June. Nothing arrived in stock so i called again in July and a new agent did the same thing. Now its August and when i called their office they simply told me to contact Makro for stock. No booking for the home gym upheld. I contacted Makro and they say they have no stock. What a waste of time dealing with Trojan. Trojan misled me to think i am on a waiting list and then when it was time to keep to that agreement they changed their process. I purchased a different brand of home gym and i wish i never waited so long for Trojan.
