Waiting forever for parts ordered

I called on the 25th January to order parts for my trampoline, and was told to confirm via email which I did. The response that I got (on the same day) was that the parts would take 7-14 days to arrive. It is now over 2 months later, and I have yet to receive my parts. This is also after NUMEROUS follow up emails have been sent by myself, some of which were ignored, and one or two others to say that they are still awaiting stock. Why say 7-14 working days when who knows in fact how long it will be???
