Trojan - WORST WORST WORST after sales service

Worst after sales service for such a well known brand! Pathetic. No one gets back to to you. Emails go unanswered. Telephone calls are pointless. No resolution or updates received. Appears the call centre is a two man band that covers for each other. I was assigned a techinician who was on leave for two weeks. Trojan was not even aware of this. Needless to say no one had come back to me. Definitely will not recommend this brand. WORST WORST WORST after sales service.
