Trojan Velocity 430 broke after 10 minutes

I brought a Trojan Velocity 430 stationary cycle from Game Greenstone last week for R3500. It took me hours to set up. I used it for 10 minutes and the right pedal came off while I was using it! I have tried to ***** it back on but it won't go in. There is obviously a problem. It seems the right crank is faulty. I can't ***** the pedal into the G-2 R. I am so disappointed. I'm am so angry. 10 minutes and it's already broken. I need this fixed asap. I need one your technicians to come to my house and fix the problem. I refuse to take apart the while bike and put it in my car and come to you. I need someone to contact me asaP
