Trojan service suck!

I bought a treadmill in September

A month later I started smelling burn, in January it started getting hot under my feet while I was wearing sneakers

Shortly after that it started making weird sounds

I called game the store I bought it at and I’m still waiting

The sales assistant said Trojan would get back to me

I went on their site, social media and NOBODY has bothered to contact me.

My product is still under warranty and I want it to get fixed
