TROJAN NO SERVICE

No service at all!! I phoned Trojan on 12 November to get a supplier for a power cable for an velocity 420 bike, they said someone will phone me back. I am still waiting. Phoned them again yesterday and was promised that they will phone me back within an hour, still waiting.
