Trojan gym equipment

I needed spares for my Trojan Colorado 360 rower. I have been communicating with the Trojan Health call centre since July 2019. Ref No CAS-44351-X7L5v6. I have sent photos of the spares required. They have made several promises to source the spares and report back. Each time they fail to report back I post a complaint on fb. They then reply with an apology followed by a call from the call centre with a new promise. After 4 months of this shocking service and from the reviews on fb, it is clear that they cannot supply parts for the equipment they sell.
