Trojan exercise cycle Velocity 410 design flaw

Technical review of the Trojan exercise cycle Velocity 410. We have bought this exercise cycle some years ago and it has been repaired a number of times. It should be very easy to repair, but you need special pullers to remove the pedals. If you cannot remove the pedals, you cannot get to replacing the drive belting. This means expensive repairs every time the belt has a problem. I have observed that this model has a design flaw causing the main flywheel to move to the left or right and thus causing the belt to become noisy and move off the flywheel - a circlip designed to retain the wheel had no groove, thus not preventing the flywheel from moving sideways and causing the belt to fall off! Hopefully newer designs will have corrected this design flaw.
