Trojan and Game liberty mall Pmb

I bought a Trojan glide cycle 500 from Game Liberty mall Pietermaritzburg on the 07th of July 2020. The bike is not even a year old but has broken 4 times already. 1st time was in September 2020, then again in November 2020. It then lasted till February 2021 and now broke again in April 2021. For the last 3 breaks I did not have a bike for 2 - 3 weeks on end which is unfair on myself and my family. The last 3 times it has been repaired and now on the 4th breakdown I am requesting the bike to replaced as it is clearly defective. Trojan has sent a technician to assess the bike and he stated he need to order spares. VIA the call centre agent I have requested a senior to call or email and this has not happened since Wednesday the 28th of April and now my emails are been ignored also. Trojan and Game Liberty mall PMB sell defective and faulty bikes. all 4 breaks occur in the same area.

I also copied the Manager(Hayden Wagner) from game liberty mall to assist me this issue, but he failed to even respond to my mail. Well I did not expect much from him cause if the actual store service is poor well then I wonder why.

People don't buy Trojan bikes, it is weak and unreliable
