Trojan after sales very bad

I called Trojan client service to help with my Trojan treadmill because it gave me an error 6. They said I have to pay R550 for their technician to come out to repair my treadmill. It has been 3 weeks now, and they keep postponing it. Suddenly I have to pay R3130. Why? How would they know what's wrong. People, don't buy a Trojan fitness product. The after sales service is BAD.
