Trojan after sales service is pathetic!

Trojan SA has dismal after sales service. Several calls later to their call centre. 3 weeks have passed and technician (Shavil Heerlal) hasn’t returned any of my calls. He has gone AWOL. I will never purchase another product from Trojan.
