Trojan 320 Stamina treadmill

I have phoned the agent of Trojan,Daniel,for repairs on my treadmill.There was an error E2.He came several times in May 2015. At first I was told the motherboard has to be replaced,but it was not the problem.On 2015-05-29 the agent phoned to cancel our appointment.He does not know what the problem is and have to start from scratch.He told me that he will be in contact.Needless to say I have not heard from him ever since.How long does it take to find the problem?Who will be able to work on these machines in the George area? What can I do to have it fixed?
