Trojan 200 strider

Bought the floor demo Trojan 200 strider from Game Tygervalley. Only on delivery did I realise that the bolts holding the foot pedals were stripped. It is 2 months and still waiting for technician to come replace the parts. Get told that there is no stock of replacement parts so they trying to find someone that can make the parts. Unacceptable, want my money back.
