Treadmill at repair agents for 6 weeks

JC/CT-16074 + Job No. JC/CT-16418
My treadmill went in for a warranty repair on Job No. JC/CT-16074 and came back from M5 Sports (the Trojan repair agents) with a deliberate cut made to my display panel. Fortunately the cut was only to the protective plastic screen. A supposedly new motor was fitted on this job card and with 2 weeks the treadmill was making even louder noises (like metal on metal screeching) and now it was still making noises on inclining.. The technicians that came to my house pointed out a cracked deck.
It was taken away about 6 weeks ago and I was given the following job card: JC/CT-16418. I phoned M5 Sport and I was told by Waleed that they are waiting on a filter and I found out that the clumsy technicians failed to note on the job card tag that the deck was cracked.
A Trojan customer service agent called when I logged a complaint on your website and said M5 was doing a stock take and was closed for a week, but they would call me on Monday 29 June - it is Friday 3 July and no one has called.
It is now 6 weeks and I am still waiting for any form of communication as to what is happening to my treadmill. Thank God this is a warranty repair and not a paid repair
