Terrible Workmanship on Trojan Solo 260
I am incredibly disappointed on the worksmanship done in repairing my Trojan Solo 260. I bought the unit in February, and before going away at the end of June the unit had already broken twice.

Having been told that the initial breakage might have to do with a faulty set of flywheel bases, I was assured that, when the unit came back with the flywheel nuts welded in place, it wouldn't break again. A month of usage later, it did.

This time I was promised a new flywheel base by the technician. On return a week later (terrible turnaround time!), my existing broken base has just been MacGyvered some more, though it seemed like maybe this time all would be right with the unit.

Then on Saturday, the unit broke AGAIN. This time, some of the metal around the flywheel has actually curled off, the nut still welded in place, and the flywheel has completely disconnected from the base on the inside.

The fault has been reported, and this time I'll demand a new base. It's irrelevant in some cases though, because having this thing go in for repairs 3 times in 5 months is absolutely unacceptable!

I guess that's what you get for trying to save some money on home exercise machines.
