spinning calamity

about two months ago, the crank of my Trojan spin 100 bike broke, after trying a few numbers on the website i eventually got hold of a call center in Johannesburg , they made out a report and promised that sum one would call me back later the day (NO CALL BACK) , a week later i get a quote for the part , and i respond that i would like to accept this quote , two weeks later no response , none of the contact numbers on the email works and eventually forced to call the call centre again which then diverted me back to cape town then i'm informed the gentle man that gave me the quote has left the company, fine! i give the lady my quote number i received and inform her i would like to accept this quote ...its a month later and just NOTHING!!!! (i cant remember the exact dates of my calls )
