Shocking service!

Some years ago we bought a 10ft bounce king trampoline from Makro. as with any outdoor equipment in SA the matt eventually perished and disintegrated. Naturally we didnt want to replace the entire fram as this was still in good condition so we asked Makro to supply a new mat, THier reponse was that they dont stock the spares but that we can get this throuhgh M5 Sports. well for the last 3 years I have been trying to get some service from this company. They never return messages. They never follow through on promises. have on 3 seperate occassions given them a confirmed order for the replacement mat (which is never in stock) and they never deliver, and when I follow up the stock is alwasy 6 - weeks away.

I am fedup and totally disgusted with this service. I have now decided to purchase a complete replacement from Sportsmans Warehouse who actually carry all of the components in stock. Makro you need to seriously reconsider using this supplier as they provide zero backup for thier products!
