SHOCKING AFTER SALES SERVICE!

Absolutely appalling Service. What happened to after sales service? I have just been informed by the Trojan contact center that they will no longer be able to service and fix our trojan equipment as they have no parts for the older machines anymore. Is this their way of making money, forcing us to purchase new equipment?!
