Service Excellence

THis is to commend Mr Ronald Prinsloo and his assistant Aidan from M5Sports Group for the excellent service provided, whereby they went the extra mile to have my new Pegassus 400 Treadmill installed at my premises.<br> Mr Prinsloo took it upon himself to come to my residence in the evening to ensure that my treadmill was up and running , He also advised us on all the functions, the maintenance , programmes available etc. etc. THey even advised us on the location of the unit in our apartment which meant us moving our furniture around so that the treadmill was located in the correct area, that was fantastic as they did it all for us.THey really went the extra mile , were very obliging, helpful, understanding and supportive. Mr Prinsloo also offered to resolve any issues or problems that I may have in the future, he will only be a call away.Today's times , very rarely will I receive such excellent service, To Mr Prinsloo and his colleagues KEEP UP THE EXCELLENT SERVICE
