Response and repair of Treadmill

I want to congratulate Mr. Ronald Prinsloo and Mr. Aiden, the technician, from the M5 Sports Group for restoring my faith in after sales services and human kind. Mr. Prinsloo went out of his way to accommodate me when no technician was available for the area I reside in and Mr Aiden (meaning little fire) comp**** to the meaning of his name. With the winning attitude these two gentlemen showed, the company they work for can only be a success. Thank you gentleman I really do appreciate your effort.
