I logged a call with the M5 call centre to have my treadmill moved. I received a sms to confirm when the technician would be in my area. On the allocated date, Aidan contacted me telephonically and kept me updated on when he would be arriving. He arrived as scheduled and he and Ross were very professional and friendly.
