Private Customer

I selected 1 star but actually I wanted to give them no stars at all !!!!! NO AFTER SALES SERVICES !!!!! I reported on the 3rd of April my Trojan Strider's chain has broken and it is a warranty claim and need's to be repaired urgently !! I've logged to more calls and 2 emails send due to lacked of reponse from Trojan. I still have'nt heard from them yet !!!
