Poor Service Delivery by Trojan South Africa

On 21/02/2022 I bought a Trojan Elite 2.0 Home Gym. On 24/02/2022 I contacted Trojan South Africa in order to send a technical team to assemble the home gym for me (reference Nr: 744-VN3JDH). I was informed that a quotation with the banking particulars of Trojan South Africa would be sent to me in order for me to pay for this service. I phoned the company 3 times and up to this stage no banking details or quotation was forwarded to me. I had to hire private personnel to assemble the gym for me. on 03/03/2022 I phoned Trojan South Africa in order to raise my problem with their poor service delivery. I was informed that one of their managers would contact me and lo and behold 24 hours later and NOTHING!!!! I am really disappointed with the service delivery of Trojan South Africa! Manie Smit
