Poor Service

What a pathetic Service recieved from M5 sport / trojan repairs <br> i bought a cycling bycicle from trojan last year the equipment is now broken so i called the call centre last month and they sent me an sms informing me that i will be contacted for a call out day that was on the 27 January till today the 09-02-2015..this is very fustrating cause nobody is getting back to me and they havent <br> even collected the machine it been over 3 weeks this is so unprofessional <br> <br> <br>
